inside the treehouse

and inside the tree ... the leaves came through the wall from the outside but i like it then i placed some Ikea that i made and chucked down a carpet ... it is a bit messy with the toys strewn around but then that is the way the world remains .... messy !

Hya Fred, tis looking good. I especially like the outside view. For this one you could cut out one of the walls on the structure temporarily and be able to use a less distorted camera focal length? Of course, like this it looks more like a a fashion shoot for a magazine with a 28 mill lens.

For the water have you stayed with the default refraction? If you turn it off you'll probably speed up your rendering time for animation.

also you can get away with 15 to 20 frames a second rather than the defaulyt 30 frames.

Are you rendering your stills to a photshop format? If so render an alpha channel and you can add different backgrounds easily, like a really dark cloudy sky, or stars moon etc.

thanks mate will have a go at a few of those things ... i did think i had to find a way to get better inside shots and considered making a shape that i could remove part of and look through it as you suggested ... at the moment i dont have photoshop on this machine I have Gimp perhaps it could do the same
